The hotel offered spacious rooms with a roomy balcony providing a nice view of the gardens and surrounding area. While the rooms were well stocked with appliances, some areas appeared a bit tired. The service was top-notch, especially for families with young children. The location was ideal, offering easy access to the beach and the main shopping strip. The dining experience, particularly in the mornings, was indulgent with delightful pastries.

My stay at the apartment was fantastic! The beds were super comfortable, the air conditioning kept us cool, and the large fridge was a plus. I loved chilling out on the huge balcony in the 2-bedroom unit - just awesome. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

The reception team was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. They helped us book tours and offered great recommendations. The only downside was that our apartment was un-renovated compared to the rest of the complex.

The location was perfect - just 2 minutes to Four Mile Beach and 3 minutes to the shopping strip on Macrossan St The 3 pools and spa were amazing, providing that extra touch. We enjoyed easy walking access to all the hotspots - Four Mile Beach, the marina, and Macrossan Street.
